Ajmal Nawaem Gold Company is keen to provide a distinguished shopping experience for its customers, so we clarify the cancellation, return, and exchange policy according to the following conditions: 1. Cancellation, Return, and Exchange The consumer has the right to cancel, return, or exchange the order within 24 hours from the date of receipt, whether received via branch, fast delivery, or shipping. After 24 hours from receipt, the consumer has no right to request cancellation, return, or exchange unless there is a defect in the product or it does not comply with the agreed specifications. 2. Conditions for Return and Exchange The product must be in its original condition, unused, and not benefited from in any way. The product must be returned with all accessories, including the box, bag, invoice, or any other accessories. Ajmal Nawaem Gold store has the right to inspect the product before accepting the return or exchange request to ensure its safety. 3. Cases not covered by the return and exchange policy Products made specifically upon the consumer’s request, such as gold jewelry with custom names or designs, unless there is a manufacturing defect or it does not meet the specifications set by the consumer. Products that have been damaged due to misuse or possession by the consumer. 4. In case of order cancellation before shipping The customer bears all incurred fees, whether administrative or banking fees, and in case of shipping, the shipping fees are borne by the customer. 5. Cancellation after manufacturing and before shipping If the cancellation is requested after the manufacturing process has started and before shipping, the consumer bears the manufacturing costs, which are estimated by the relevant department based on the type and number of products. The refunded amount, after deducting manufacturing costs, will be deposited into the consumer’s account within a maximum of 14 working days. 6. Fees for return or cancellation according to the payment method All Mada, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and others: 3% of the order value will be deducted as bank fees. Financial intermediary purchases (Tabea or Tamara): 9% of the order value will be deducted as administrative fees. 7. Product return mechanism If the conditions of the cancellation, return, and exchange policy are met, the consumer can return the product by: Delivering the product to the nearest branch of the shipping company SMSA (if delivery was via shipping) with the shipping receipt. Direct delivery to the store. Delivering the product to one of the store’s representatives if the delivery was fast. A delivery fee of 80 or 100 (in case of fast delivery) will be deducted from the refunded amount, along with any other fees mentioned in item (5). The amount will be refunded via the original payment method. The refunded amount will be deposited into the consumer’s account within 14 days of receiving the returned product. 8. The specified period for sending the returned product The customer must send the product within 48 hours of receiving the shipping receipt; otherwise, the return or exchange request will be canceled. 9.
